Anacleto González Flores (July 13, 1888 – April 1, 1927) was a Mexican Catholiclayman and lawyer who was tortured and executed during the persecution of the Catholic Church under Mexican President Plutarco Elías Calles.[2]
González was beatified by Benedict XVI as a martyr on 20 November 2005.[3]
