Mr Oluwagbemiga Gbenga Oyebode is a prominent Nigerian Lawyer who is one of the founding partners and Chairman, Management Board of one of the most notable law firms in Nigeria known as Aluka & Oyebode, co-founded with Mr Bankole Olumide Aluko SAN in 1993.

Mr Oyebode serves at the top of several prominent companies in Nigeria such as CFAO Yamaha Motor Nigeria Ltd, where he currently sits as the Chairman and Okomu Oil Palm plc.

He is also a member of the board of telecommunications giant MTN Nigeria Communications Limited and Nestle Nigeria Plc. However, he is most celebrated for his role as the Director and Chairman of Access Bank Nigeria Plc, one of the top leading Nigerian banks of today, where he served for 13 years before recently retiring.

He undertook several leadership roles and contributed to the successful growth and expansion of the bank.
